Around 25 years ago I set my first steps in Human Resources. The dynamic world of recruiting and selection immediately spoke to me. It was interesting to discover what motivates people to take their next step in their career. Finding out what their talents, ambitions and reasons for hesitation was and still is an exciting process.

But during those years I also got to know the company perspective. Who are companies looking for and who is that mystical unicorn? How do you attract talent and how do you invest in them? Those questions got answered.

After 25 years it became time to bundle my experiences and insights in talent acquisition and management in my own personal project. The goal is to put the client -company or individual- in the center and to create a transparent partnership between all parties. From now on I want to do things differently with Plan A. Starting from my own talent to really and sincerely listen to what individuals and companies are looking for, I find the things to connect all parties.
